The charm is beautiful but the color is awful. Too yellow
It would have been a 5 star if the pendant was on the chain and the screw was in with the necklace. The size of the heart was just the right size.
My package got lost because I put in the wrong address and they sent out a new package. Everything is beautiful and great quality! 10/10

I was pleasantly surprised to receive the Heart necklace and the Paws necklace. They are beautifully crafted and look more expensive than they were. I ordered one silver and one gold, and both are as pictured. The engraving is very small because they are small items, but I love it. I haven't tried to fill them yet; the instructions seem foolproof.

There is one thing I wish I knew and that is knowing the size of the compartment for the ashes in the heart. I later was told a pinch. Overal, it is flattering and good quality!
I was looking for the perfect piece to put my dad's ashes in. I liked this piece but wanted to have it engraved, I message the seller and they got back to me within minutes saying that they could make it possible!! And even with that modification I had my order within 10 days! And I ordered 3! One in every color! I absolutely LOVE it and I can't wait to give my sisters theirs for Christmas!
