How much ash does a piece hold?

A very small amount. The compartments are intentionally small; most families keep the rest of the ashes in an urn and use the jewelry as a keepsake.

How do I fill it?

Every order includes a fill kit: a small funnel, a small screwdriver, adhesive, and instructions. Unscrew the compartment, add the ashes with the funnel, and close it. A dab of adhesive on the threads keeps it sealed. See How It Works.

Is it waterproof?

Pieces are sealed and secure for daily wear, including washing your hands. We recommend taking jewelry off for swimming, showers, and sleep to protect the finish.

Can I put pet ashes in it?

Yes. Several of our pieces, like the Amore with Paws, the Lucky, and the Penny, were designed for pets.

How does engraving work?

Choose the engraving option on the product page and type your text. Character limits vary by piece and are shown before you order. Engraving is done in our shop and adds one to two business days.
