Struggling to fill in and correctly close the memorial necklace. Engraving is beautiful but followed filling directions and now it’s scratched and cannot get the screw back in correctly. Sobbing trying to do this and frustrated.

I really like my paw print necklace. I wasn’t sure about the stainless but I like the color. I also think it won’t tarnish and even the 24” chains perfectly. The engraving is definitely a little smaller than I was anticipating but it’s nice. I have not put the ashes in yet. I just got it today.
