The Bar Cremation Necklace

I love the pendent, but since I’m giving it as a gift, I think the box should have been a bit larger to hold the glue.
The bar was engraved nice. But the chain was very flimsy and felt cheap, it felt like it would pop just putting it on. I had to buy a more sturdy chain. Putting in the ashes was a little cumbersome, but after some tweaking, problem solved. The glue is not as strong as you might think,
Terrible tacky quality already wearing off the 14k gold over steel before I even touched it. Teh chain is terribly chaos tacky and awful I will never wear it such a disappointment and wasted of over $100
I was impressed at the quality of the necklace I ordered to carry my father's ashes.
Pleased with my necklace. Engraving is nice. Chain better than expected. My only disappointment was that there was no glue included, as I had expected. Needed to get some before I filled the necklace. Also, it holds only a very small amount of ashes, so be aware of that if you’re thinking of buying this.
I really didn’t want to keep my babies ashes but after deciding to, this company and their customer service assisted me with being able to cherish the wonderful memories.

The bar necklace is very beautiful and when it took longer than expected the person I corresponded with was very gracious in ensuring I received it in a timely fashion. The only thing I worry about, is I added the super glue to the screw as recommended and I’m afraid I didn’t get the screw all the way in the bar before the glue took hold. Now I can’t unscrew it which is great but I’m hoping none of the screw is sticking out. The screw is very small and has to placed just right to screw back in, otherwise, everything else is great. I had mine engraved, you can barely see it but I know it’s there so that’s all that matters to me. Very happy with my purchase just praying the glue holds and the screw is correctly placed. I’m thankful to have a part of my loved one with me at all times.

Dom, I'm not sure if it's an associate or artificial intelligence. But if the company is smart enough to inquire this program I want you to know that is very much appreciated. My father passed quite suddenly I ordered two necklaces one for me and one for my son who is unable to attend services to retain a small portion of his ashes. I opted and paid for two day delivery it should have been here Friday when I ordered Wednesday. However I was informed that it was going to be Monday I was a little bit upset to say the least. So I emailed and the responses that I have received have been nothing but empathetic positive and focused on what they could do to help me. Obviously the necklaces weren't going to be here in time for the ashes they were coming tomorrow which is Monday the extra that I paid for the two day shipping that I didn't get I was told as being refunded and I really appreciate that there's really nothing else that can be done honestly I'm not asking for any further compensation and I didn't mean to be snarky in my emails. It's just a really rough time I'm not normally a hateful person usually lol. But the responses I got were so empathetic and heartfelt that you can't really be mad at anyone when they're that understanding. And I really appreciate what you guys do."
